Reports have been received that Panamanian flag vessel YIALIA (36,725gt, built 1990) has received assistance from professional Salvors after become immobilised in the Persian Gulf.
The bulk carrier is now anchored off Dubai. Assistance was provided by salvors on LOF terms by Five Oceans Salvage. Her last reported call was Mina Saqr from where she sailed 9th August.
We would also expect General Average to be declared.
