Dolphin Maritime employs an international network of surveyors and is represented in every major port and commercial centre around the globe. This enables us to attend to surveys within a very short period of time. We maintain a close working relationship with our local surveyors who always work under our expert guidance and supervision.
This extensive network enables us to quickly verify that appropriate documents and evidence are obtained to validate and adjust a claim. At the same time, claims are assessed in our Recovery Department at the outset to ensure that appropriate steps are taken to protect our clients’ interests and maximise recovery potential.
