Reports have been received that Togo flag vessel MOHSEN (5,755gt, built 1987) suffered a mechanical problem on 30 May 2025 and required tug assistance.
The elderly general cargo vessel was on a voyage from Dikili, Turkiye to Durres, Albania at the time of the incident.
MOHSEN has been towed by tug MICHALIS S to an anchorage off the port of Chios where the vessel must remain until repairs have been completed.
