Reports have been received that Antigua and Barbuda flag vessel CELTIC CRUSADER (3,603gt built 2012) suffered an engine failure off the coast of Tunisia on 14 July 2024.
The general cargo vessel, on a voyage from Plymouth, UK to Iskenderun, Turkey has been taken in tow by tug SEA DREAM. The convoy is expected in Trapani, Italy, as port of refuge, later today or tomorrow.
