Reports have been received that Comoros flag vessel ALJAMIL (4,286gt, built 1977) ran aground in the Larimna Gulf, Greece, yesterday.
The elderly general cargo vessel is understood to be on a voyage from Tuzla to Larimna.
A tug is on the scene to provide assistance. High winds are being experienced in the vicinity, making operations more difficult.
