Reports have been received that Comoros flag vessel MY PRINCESS (built 1986) sank at the Sharjah/Khalid Anchorage on 11 February 2023.
The vessel’s crew was rescued. Cargoes including containers are floating in the area.
MY PRINCESS, an elderly general cargo vessel, appears to have been off the UAE coast for some time before the incident.
