Reports have been received that German flag vessel TIMBUS (4,230gt, built 1999) suffered an engine breakdown today in the North Sea and had to be taken in tow.
The vessel is on a voyage from Varberg to Flushing. We understand that Dutch tug VIKING has towed the vessel to Emden as a port of refuge.
