Reports have been received that Antigua & Barbuda flag vessel TIGER CLIFF (9056gt built 2009) experienced engine problems off Thailand on 2nd September 2013.
The vessel was on a voyage from India to Singapore but will have cargoes to and from other areas in the region.
As a result of this incident the Shipowners have declared General Average. Cargo insurers are required to provide average guarantees.
We are assisting the insurers of part of the cargo on this vessel.
