Reports have been received that Panama flag vessel HAI XIN (4281gt built 1982) has sunk today approximately 90 miles east of Lianyungang.
The vessel’s crew of eighteen was picked up by a rescue vessel. There are no reports of any injuries suffered and no pollution has been detected as yet.
