Reports have been received that Liberian flag vessel FMPC B 102 (62,272gt, built 2011) suffered an engine break down on 06 August 2022.
At the time the bulk carrier was in the Gulf of Tonkin. FPMC B 102 had previously sailed from Son Duong on 25 July 2022.
The vessel was assisted by salvage tug NAN HAI JIU 116 and was towed towards Shenzhen.
