Date: 19 April 2022 Type: Lost Propeller – Salvage Voyage: USA to Turkey
Reports have been received that Liberian flag vessel MAGIC SEAS (35,812gt, built 2015) lost its propeller recently on a voyage from the USA to Turkey.
The vessel’s owners entered into an LOF salvage contract with Tsavliris Salvage (International) Ltd.
Before the cargo can be delivered the salvors will require security. It is also likely that general average will be declared.
