Reports have been received that Thai flag vessel NORDANA SOPHIE (7,659gt, built 1999) experienced water ingress and flooding in the engine room, at Vung Ang anchorage, Vietnam yesterday.
The general cargo vessel has developed a heavy portside list. A tug is in attendance.
Prior to arrival off Vietnam, the vessel had called at Hong Kong and Philippines.
