Reports have been received that Liberian flagged vessel DELFA (31261gt, built 2005), Chornomorsk to Chittagong, suffered an engine breakdown on 2nd December 2017.
The vessel, carrying a cargo of wheat, was towed into Colombo, where she arrived today, after her Owners signed an LOF salvage contract with Tsavliris Salvage (International) Ltd.
