Reports have been received that Hong Kong flag vessel MTM ROTTERDAM (11651gt, built2011) had to divert to Bermuda earlier this week after experiencing engine problems.
Repairs are being carried out and it is expected that the chemical tanker will remain in Bermuda for a few days until repairs are complete.
The vessel is on a voyage to Sfax, Tunisia from New Orleans, USA.
