Reports have been received that Panama flag vessel ELENI K. (16041gt, built 1997) is undergoing repairs at Gran Canaria after arriving at Las Palmas Port under tow on May 2nd.
Repairs to the vessel are due to be completed next week and ELENI K. will then continue her voyage to the UK.
The vessel is carrying a cargo of sugar. She is reported to have sailed from Recife on 2nd April 2014.
