Reports have been received that Panama flag vessel ANNA BO (32983gt, built2010) developed a list off Luzon on 5th December 2013.
Information received suggests that the problem has been caused by cargo liquefaction. The cargo on board is 40,000mt iron ore, for China.
The vessel is at anchor and Malayan Towage and Salvage have been appointed. They will unload the cargo.
