Reports have been received that North Korean flag vessel DAE GAK BONG (6587gt built1986) was abandoned by hew crew following power failure on 8th December.
The crew entered the life raft whilst the casualty was off the cost of North Korea. Vessels in the vicinity have been asked to keep a look out.
