Reports have been received that Antigua & Barbuda flag vessel ODERTAL (3183gt built 2007) has sustained an engine break down off Liverpool. The vessel is currently being towed to Falmouth.
It is possible that a salvage claim will be made against the owners/insurers of the cargo on board this vessel. It is also possible that general average will be declared.
