Reports have been received that Panamanian flag vessel SEA WIND (3,219 gt, built 1986) sank off the coast of Brazil on 28th June 2012.
The general cargo ship was on a voyage from The Congo and sailed from Pointe Noire on 21st May. She was due to call at Fortaleza.
