Reports have been received that Cyprus flag vessel GOOD LUCK (90831gt built 1984) has been salved by Tsavliris Salvage under a Lloyd’s Open Form salvage agreement.
The owners of the cargo on board, which is insured in China, will have to be provide an average bond before the cargo is can be delivered.
The insurers of the cargo will be required to provide an average guarantee and also salvage security on terms acceptable to Salvors and the Council of Lloyd’s.
