Reports have been received that Panama flag vessel MSC EUGENIA (53521gt built1992) has experienced water ingress into at least one of her cargo holds recently. The ingress was said to reach the height of three containers.
The damage was reported when the vessel was discharging at Gioia Tauro last week. Cargo was loaded in the US and may be for transhipment to other parts of the world.
