Reports have been received that Chinese flag vessel TIAN SHENG YOU 2 (7,647gt, built 2012) has suffered a fire on board northeast of Yantai.
The fire, which broke out yesterday on a cargo deck, was reportedly caused by welding works. Search and rescue vessels are responding.
