Reports have been received that Hong Kong flag vessel ULTRA CAPE TOWN (13,110gt, built 2013) suffered an engine failure yesterday in the Kiel Canal.
Tugs responded and the vessel has been towed into Kiel for investigations and repairs. ULTRA CAPE TOWN is on a voyage from Lithuania to Gibraltar.
