Reports have been received that Greek flagged vessel KYDONIA (51,195gt, built 2012) ran aground at kilometre 337 of the Parana River, Argentina earlier today.
The vessel is obstructing navigation and traffic up-stream and down-stream through the grounded area is presently interrupted.
KYDONIA has on board a cargo of Soya loaded at Vincentin berth, San Lorenzo port. The cargo is destined for Rotterdam.
