Reports have been received that Panamanian flag vessel HOYU (5,459gt built 2009) suffered a fire on board today whilst off Singapore.
The vessel’s crew has been safely evacuated. At the time of the incident, the tanker had been on a voyage towards the Philippines with an oil cargo.
