Reports have been received that Barbados flag vessel WILSON SKAW (4,197gt built 1996) suffered an engine breakdown yesterday whilst off the east coast of the UK.
It is understood that the general cargo vessel will require tug assistance. The engine problem relates to a broken cylinder rod which cannot be fixed by the crew.
WILSON SKAW is on a voyage from Leixoes to Hull.
