Reports have been received that Liberian flag vessel DIONYSUS (36,303gt, built 2015) suffered a fire on board whilst docked at near Bristol, UK, yesterday.
More than 50 fire-fighters from across the city have been involved.
The fire broke out in the cargo hold of the vessel which is believed to be carrying or loading a cargo of animal feed.
The vessel’s last port of call was Lisbon.
