Reports have been received that Netherlands flag vessel FWN RUBY (3,603bt built 2012) suffered engine problems off Gran Canaria yesterday.
The vessel, en route to Ambriz in Angola, required assistance and Salvamento Maritimo deployed search and rescue vessel Miguel de Cervantes, which towed the casualty to Las Palmas.
