Reports have been received that Chinese flag vessel GUANG YUN (7,206gt, built 1969) was in collision with vessel JI XIN 9 off Shantou on 14th November 2015.
GUANG YUN suffered serious damage and began to take on water. Her crew of twenty six was rescued. A salvage team is on board GUANG YUN.
