Reports have been received that Maltese flag vessel BARZAN (193,300gt, built 2015) suffered a fire on board on 8th September 2015.
At the time, the vessel, which is one of the world’s largest containerships, was off the coast of France.
BARZAN is on a voyage from China, Singapore and Malaysia. She sailed from Port Klang, west-bound, on the 22nd August.
