Reports have been received that Dutch flag vessel HAPPY RIVER (10,990gt, built 1997) has suffered an engine breakdown off Faro.
We understand that tug Castelo de Sines has been requested to tow the vessel into Setubal as a port of refuge.
HAPPY RIVER is reported to have sailed from Yalova on 20th October and then from Fos on 1st November. The vessel is destined for Cherbourg.
