Reports have been received that Antigua & Barbuda flag vessel OCEAN SIRIUS (5029gt built 2005) has experienced engine failure near Dover whilst en route to Belfast from Poland.
The vessel has been towed by a tug into Eastern Arm berth Dover. Repairs are to be carried out to the vessel.
It is possible that General Average will be declared as a result of this incident.
