Reports have been received that Panamanian flag vessel FU SHENG HAI (31,643gt, built 1993 ran aground yesterday whilst approaching the port of Busan.
The bulk carrier is understood to still be aground this today. It is reported that some of her ballast tanks may have been breached.
The vessel is on a voyage from China to South Korea. She has on board a cargo of plywood and steel products.
