Reports have been received that Singapore flag vessel KOTA TENAGA (7,683gt built 2002) was in collision with Maltese flag tanker BEEB (160,000gt built 2011) on 4th January.
The collision took place off Singapore. As a result, there was a fuel spill from the containership. We understand that a cargo hold has also been breached. KOTA TENAGA remains anchored at this time. No injuries were reported.
