Reports have been received that the Panamanian flag vessel SUNNY PARTNER (84788 gt, 1987 built ) has run aground and been abandoned by the crew. The 28 crew members have been successfully rescued, however the cargo and vessel are clearly in a situation of great difficulty.
There are potential claims for and General Average arising from this incident. There may also be PA losses.
