Reports have been received that the OLIVA, Maltese flag, 40170 GRT built 2009 has run aground off Stoltenhof Island, Tristan Da Chuna and is hard aground. Although the salvage tug Smit Amandla left Cape Town bound for the casualty, the casualty has broken up and the cargo will be expected to be a total loss.
