Reports have been received that the TEKEZE, Ethiopian flag, 13651 GRT has suffered a fire in the engine room switchboard whilst at Jeddah for bunkers. It has been towed to a cal shipyard for repairs. The cargo of 16000MT of Rock Phosphate remains on board.
It is likely that this incident will give rise to a claim in General Average.
