Reports have been received that Thai flag vessel SEA ANGEL (4329gt built 1985) has sank today off the coast of Taiwan.
Regrettably one of the vessel’s crew has been found dead and others are still missing. The remaining nine crew have been rescued.
The general cargo vessel, on a voyage from Malaysia to China, is understood to have got into difficulties in heavy seas early this morning.
