Reports have been received that Panama flag vessel OGAN BEY (5489gt built 1971) sank yesterday during heavy weather in the Black Sea.
12 of the vessel’s crew have been rescued by the Turkish Coast Guard but 4 crew members are still missing. The general cargo ship was carrying 8000 toms of coal.
