Reports have been received that Panama flag vessel CHANG YING (35092gt built 1976) is missing with her crew south of Taiwan.
The bulk carrier, on a voyage from Taiwan to Indonesia, sent a distress signal on 8th August reporting that she was taking on water into a cargo hold. There are fears that the vessel may have sunk.
