Reports have been received that the Isle of Man flag vessel CEC FORCE, 4980 GRT, 1985 built has suffered engine failure. General Average has been declared and the vessel has been taken to Tuzla to have a replacement crankshaft.

We are already acting for substantial cargo interests in determining the cause of the engine failure.
