Reports have been received that the Roll On Roll Off vessel Repubblica del Brasile has hit the quay wall, during manoeuvres at Boudewijnlock, Belgium. The vessel is heavily damaged under the waterline and unable to proceed.  We anticipate that owners will declare General Average

Additionally, there will be significant PA losses.
