Volgoneft 139 - Broken in two

Reports have been received that the product tanker Volgoneft 139 has broken into two parts spilling 1,200 tons of petroleum. The forward part of the vessel is being held in position by an anchor while the aft section remains adrift. Two tugs from Kavkaz, Poseidon and Kapitan Zadorozhnyy are en route to the emergency.
