Reports have been received that the St Vincent & Grenadines flag vessel CHANG LE MEN, 10929GRT, 1982 built has stopped off Managlore with a reported 12 degree list. It is alleged that the cargo is unstable.

There are potential claims for salvage and General Average arising from this incident, as well as PA losses.
