Reports have been received that the Thai flag vessel THOR MERCHANT, 13251 GRT, 1982 built has been in a collision with the STAR PROVIDENCE. The THOR MERCHANT was his amidships and both vessels suffered damage. The collision occurred off Horsburg lighthouse.

Dolphin is already instructed in respect of cargo with a value of about $40 million on board the THOR MERCHANT, part of which is potentially damaged as there has been some water ingress.
