Reports have been received that the Vietnamese flag vessel HOANG DAT-36, 1110 GRT, 2002 built, had collided with the GAS SHANGHAI. Unfortunately some of the crew on the HOANG DAT-36 are missing and one has been found dead. We expect heavy cargo loss on the HOANG DAT-36. The HOANG DAT-36 was reportedly preparing to anchor at the time of the collision.
