Our experienced team handles all aspects of marine, aviation & inland transport claims. We provide advice and assistance with loss prevention, policy coverage, claims settling, recovery & casualty claims (including general average & salvage) for clients worldwide.
These claims involve all types of losses ranging in value from a few hundred dollars up to multi-million dollar cases.
Claims recoveries are undertaken on a no-cure-no-pay (contingency) basis. If we are not successful, there is no fee. If we are successful, then we offer an extremely competitive fee scale. Claims settling is on a standard fee scale whilst casualty claims handling is charged on a time & trouble basis at very competitive hourly rates.
Our specialised Cargo Claims, Recoveries and Casualty/General Average Departments work closely together to ensure that all aspects of a claim are considered at the outset. We employ legally qualified staff who provide a dedicated 24/7 claims service from offices in both London and Singapore.
