Reports have been received that Egyptian flag vessel TABA (6,650gt, built 1985) sank earlier today in the Red Sea.
The vessel was on a voyage from Safaga to Saudi Arabia. The passengers and crew were rescued.
Reportedly the vessel developed a list after being unevenly loaded with trucks. The vessel was also carrying other cargoes.
