Reports have been received that the Antigua & Barbuda flag vessel Phoenix J (10585 gt, 2010 built) has grounded. The vessel has holed at least one cargo hold and ballast tank. A tug is already in attendance.
There are potential claims for salvage and General Average arising from this incident. There may also be PA losses.
