Claims recoveries are undertaken on a no-win-no-fee (contingency) basis and we charge commission, usually as a percentage of the sum recovered.

If we are not successful, there is no fee.

In cases where we need to appoint lawyers or consult technical
experts, this is done only with the prior consent of the client and
their fees are charged at cost.

In other matters such as investigations or where we act as
consultants, our fees are calculated on a time and trouble basis
at extremely competitive rates.
